1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Your personal data (e-mail address, name and surname) will be used, subject to your explicit consent,
for sending the periodic newsletter and promotional communications via email. The treatment will be carried out only following
explicit agreement communicated in the registration to the portal or to read the following document before subscribing to the newsletter service.
Please note that the agreement given may be revoked at any time by sending an email to email@example.com.
3. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason.
4. Storage period
Personal data collected for the purpose of this information will be retained
until the consent referred to in paragraph 2 is revoked, unless the same information is formulated
subject to other treatments by the Owner.
In any case, the revocation of consent will no longer be processed for the purposes described in point 2.
5. Rights of the interested party
As an interested party, he possesses the rights referred to in Art. 15 RGPD and in particular the rights of:

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
iv. object, in whole or in part:
